Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health, leveraging evidence-based assessments to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, employing recognized therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring that each client’s goals are established collaboratively and their progress is meticulously monitored.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to maintain accessibility for clients who may prefer virtual interaction or face geographical challenges.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and quality of care.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
