Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others tailored specifically to each client.

• Set achievable therapeutic goals while closely monitoring client progress and modifying treatment strategies as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy consultations to ensure accessibility for all clients, accommodating those who may have challenges attending in-person sessions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss casework, share insights, and partake in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of diverse individuals seeking assistance for a range of challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma, and relationship issues. Counselors may work with adults, adolescents, and families, adapting their approaches to resonate with varying demographics and presenting issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with caseload and experience. Benefits include:
