Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the emotional, mental, and social needs of students.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with students, families, and educational staff to address specific goals and challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to students facing life transitions, academic challenges, or personal crises.

• Facilitate counseling sessions using evidence-based practices, offering tools and strategies to help students navigate their experiences.

• Advocate for students' rights and ensure they have access to necessary educational and community resources.

• Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions and interventions in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on adolescents and young adults in a school setting. Many students encounter various challenges, including academic pressure, bullying, family dynamics, and mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. The LCSW will work closely with students from diverse backgrounds, aiming to provide culturally sensitive and inclusive support that respects their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
