Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with your school-based team. The work hours are primarily from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, although occasional evening or weekend hours may be required depending on student and family needs. The role demands adaptability, especially in scheduling visits to ensure ongoing support for students. On-call availability for urgent situations is expected, providing essential assistance during off-hours when crises arise.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ psychosocial needs, integrating emotional, mental, and social factors to formulate effective care strategies.

• Collaborate closely with students, families, and educational staff to create and implement tailored care plans that address specific challenges and goals.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, facilitating discussions that guide students through life transitions and difficult circumstances.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
