Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the psychosocial needs of students.

• Participate actively in Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development and monitor implementation to gauge effectiveness.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual and group counseling to address a range of emotional and behavioral issues.

• Facilitate communication between students, families, and educational staff to ensure effective support systems are in place.

• Administer risk assessments and develop crisis intervention plans as needed to ensure student safety.

• Offer guidance and support to families, equipping them with skills and resources to enhance their child’s well-being.

• Comply with all Federal and State regulations while maintaining the highest standards of privacy and ethical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
