Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ psychological status, using tools from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to diagnose when necessary and evaluate the effectiveness of the mental health care provided.

• Create individualized treatment plans that cater to the diverse cultural backgrounds and specific needs of each patient, integrating input from both patients and their families.

• Regularly evaluate patients' progress through evidenced-based practices and interventions, adjusting care plans to support symptom management and ensure optimal mental health outcomes.

• Maintain up-to-date treatment records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements, leveraging the latest clinical technology and software.

• Develop collaborative relationships with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary treatment teams to foster a holistic approach to care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
