Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, tailoring each session to address the unique challenges and goals of clients.

• Perform thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and evidence-based interventions.

• Apply a broad range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, to effectively aid clients in achieving their desired outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, engaging in case consultations and contributing to collective treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in accordance with state licensing requirements and organizational standards, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
