Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth evaluations of clients’ mental health to identify significant issues and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, tailored to meet the specific goals of each client.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing techniques and strategies that foster engagement and support personal growth.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing immediate mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and connection to necessary resources.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, while adhering to regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
