Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop a customized caseload based on your clinical focus and client preferences, allowing you to set a balanced workload that suits your professional goals.

• Utilize our proprietary Headway platform to receive client referrals and streamline your practice’s marketing, helping to grow your client base effectively.

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy sessions via telehealth, employing various methodologies suited to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to guide treatment planning, while utilizing comprehensive data to track client progress over time.

• Verify client insurance benefits instantly through our integrated systems, ensuring that access to care is immediate and uninterrupted.

• Engage in live support to help clients navigate the appointment scheduling process and efficiently address their concerns.

• Participate in regular team meetings and supervisions, contributing to a culture of ongoing learning and collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LPC will involve working with a diverse array of clients experiencing various mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. By tailoring your approach to suit individual client needs, you will have a direct impact on improving their well-being and supporting their journey toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A current LPC licensure in the state of Oregon, demonstrating your qualifications to provide clinical services.

• A relevant Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology for telehealth, including video conferencing and electronic communication tools.

• A strong understanding of mental health and substance use disorder diagnoses, allowing for accurate assessment and intervention.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting or working in outpatient clinical environments.

• Knowledge of and certification in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or other relevant modalities.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients to achieve measurable goals.

• A background in managing client insurance and navigating reimbursement protocols.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
