Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to establish individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and more for individuals, couples, and family groups.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create coordinated care plans, integrating both mental and physical health strategies to improve client outcomes.

• Participate in professional development opportunities and workshops to remain current with best practices in mental health and therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC in our clinic, you will primarily work with children, adolescents, and families facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral disorders. Your role will involve building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate their unique situations and empowering them to take charge of their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• A comprehensive understanding of legal, ethical, and clinical standards in mental health practice.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with various client demographics.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a bonus structure that offers uncapped earnings potential.
