Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, ensuring the development of strong therapeutic alliances through rapport-building and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, stability, and to discuss forthcoming appointments and potential discharge plans as needed.
\n
• Craft, implement, and continually assess personalized treatment plans that are client-centered, incorporating feedback and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Maintain detailed and current documentation, including progress notes for each client, in compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and formulate effective therapeutic strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide variety of clients, including adults, children, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Your expertise will help individuals navigate their mental health journeys, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. Your role is crucial in providing a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their feelings and work towards personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting post-graduation.

• Proficiency in computer use, including skills in Outlook, Excel, and various case management or electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a fee-for-service outpatient model is advantageous.
\n
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Experience working with children and adolescents is a plus.
