Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual client needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused strategies in individual, couple, and family sessions.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational groups and support sessions, addressing prevalent mental health challenges and fostering community among participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive and holistic care to clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stabilization.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.
