The Global CRO Business Operations team partners directly with the global sales leadership as a trusted advisor, focused on strategic planning and projects, sales optimization, sales capacity management, and business operational support. In this senior role, you will act as the go‑to expert on data and analytics, providing strategic recommendations and insights through compelling, data‑driven storytelling to influence key stakeholders. You will collaborate with many cross‑functional teams such as finance, employee success, marketing, operations, and others. This is a high‑impact role, with constantly evolving priorities and demands. You will think strategically, arrive at a focused execution plan, and lead the plan to fruition, while increasingly setting direction, standardizing how the team works, and mentoring more junior analysts. Example projects range from the very strategic to the very operational business rhythm and focus on many areas, such as Go‑To‑Market strategy, market segmentation, capacity planning, business metrics design and maintenance, tooling development, and business performance review. Successful candidates will use data to drive insights, provide strategic recommendations, build scalable assets, and guide the charge on execution and organizational change. You will combine intuition for business, innovative inquiry, insights from sales leaders, and curiosity to accomplish meaningful work that uncovers trends and identifies insights delivering impact across the organization. What You'll Do Act as the go‑to expert on data and analytics, providing strategic recommendations and insights through compelling, data‑driven storytelling to influence key stakeholders. Design and build executive‑level dashboards and self‑serve reporting tools to track KPIs. Define key performance metrics and targets, build reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business, identify areas of weakness, and present improvement recommendations to sales leadership. Enable and automate operational rhythms such as quarterly and monthly business reviews and annual planning by delivering high‑quality insights and visuals. Perform ad‑hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools (examples include customer segmentation, sales participation, propensity to buy, market deep dives, white space, etc.). Create executive‑level presentations for both local and global leadership reviews. Collaborate across functions, including finance, sales programs, operations, and product, to align on goals and inform key decisions. Partner with teams to standardize definitions, metrics, and reporting frameworks for consistency across the org. Assist in troubleshooting operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems and processes to fix root causes. Curiosity & Business Exploration: go beyond executing analysis to actively understand the business behind the data; ask "why" and "what if," probe ambiguous or undefined problem spaces, and proactively explore trends, anomalies, and white space others overlook. Bring a learning mindset and the drive to develop deep business context, turning unclear questions into structured opportunities for insight. Results Orientation: project confidence while expressing your thoughts and ideas with clarity, sincerity, and conviction; communicate a compelling business vision that engages and influences others. Knowledge Management: develop and facilitate practices that enable employees to create, use, and share information efficiently and effectively. Stakeholder & Executive Presence: strong executive presence with proven stakeholder and cross‑functional management experience; ability to influence without authority. What We're Looking For 3+ years (Senior Analyst) or 5+ years (Manager) of professional experience in consulting, sales strategy/business operations, or a highly analytical role, with demonstrated experience in data analytics / business intelligence. Strong business acumen with a passion for data and analytics, including in-depth knowledge of sales‑related datasets / metrics. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM; intermediate level of SQL, Tableau, and AI tools (Claude, Codex, etc.), with interest to advance. Experience in quantitative analysis and financial modeling. Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence without authority. Detail‑oriented with the ability to zoom out and think strategically. A "get‑it‑done" attitude with the curiosity to explore and improve. Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to executives. Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.). Preferred Qualifications Advanced Excel/Gsheet, with rich experience in SQL (Snowflake), Tableau, and AI tools (Claude, Codex, etc.). Outstanding problem‑solving skills: a consistent track record of asking questions, structuring sophisticated problems, and developing solutions and recommendations. Strong presentation skills, especially building compelling PowerPoint / Google Slides presentations. Resilient self‑starter with a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond, and the ability to handle ambiguity. Highly collaborative style with strong networking skills across business functions. Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; a sense of urgency. The typical base salary range for this position is $123,100 - $186,300 annually.
