Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will engage with couples, families, and individuals to address a variety of mental health challenges. Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to establish individualized treatment plans for couples and families.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions that may involve joint sessions with couples as well as individual follow-ups.
\n
• Addressing a diverse range of issues, including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, blended family dynamics, and separation/divorce adjustments.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to ensure the highest standard of care.
\n
• Documenting client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote effective outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client base including adults, children, and adolescents, addressing complex emotional and relational challenges.
