Work Environment\n

The Telehealth Professional Counselor position is remote, offering a flexible work schedule to accommodate both clients' and your needs. You will work in an outpatient setting, connecting with clients through digital platforms that facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with other health professionals to deliver cohesive and comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate and evidence-based individual therapy sessions to clients, addressing a variety of behavioral health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning challenges.

• Stay well-informed about the latest best practices and interventions in behavioral health to ensure effective treatment delivery.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and requirements, adjusting methods as necessary based on progress and feedback.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facilitate effective continuity of care.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive support and resources for clients.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions to review client progress, share insights, and strategize on approaches for complex cases.

• Support ongoing assessment and evaluation of client needs to adapt treatment strategies effectively.

• Stay engaged in professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving juvenile and young adult clients, many of whom face significant emotional and behavioral challenges. You will provide a safe space for these individuals to express their feelings and experiences, guiding them through their therapeutic journeys towards achieving independence and emotional stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling is required.

• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC is mandatory.
\n
• Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a clinical or therapeutic setting is preferred.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and their families.

• Strong organizational skills to manage a high caseload while maintaining quality care and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth capacity is a plus, providing familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with diverse client needs.

• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Experience in crisis intervention techniques is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
