Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet client needs.

• Assess client situations comprehensively to develop personalized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate clients in achieving their desired outcomes, whether it's improving communication, resolving conflict, or enhancing overall relational satisfaction.

• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, sharing insights and strategies that contribute to holistic care and client progress.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a wide variety of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety and depression, couples facing relational conflicts, and families dealing with transitions or crises. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.
