Key Responsibilities\n

  Provide weekly evidence-based therapeutic care through live video sessions to a varied adult population dealing with emotional disorders.

  Collaborate with our psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care that meets the multifaceted needs of our clients.

  Utilize structured symptom self-assessments and progress measures to inform and adjust individualized treatment plans effectively.

  Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system, which integrates streamlined tools for assessments and crisis protocols.

  Access continuous support and consultation through weekly drop-in sessions facilitated by our experienced Therapy Leadership Team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base predominantly consists of adults facing a broad spectrum of psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, and emotional distress. The innovative nature of our telehealth model ensures that clients receive immediate and accessible care, crucial during times of heightened stress or crisis. Additionally, all counselors are equipped to participate in the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicide (CAMS) training to effectively support individuals at heightened risk.

Qualifications\n

  A valid and unrestricted LPC license in Oregon.

  A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually , depending on experience and qualifications. We offer the option for both W2 employment and 1099 contractor roles, accommodating counselors in high-demand states.
