Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments to identify client needs, employing the Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessment model.

• Formulate and provide expert diagnoses aligned with DSM V standards, developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate specific therapeutic models such as cognitive behavioral therapy and behavioral modification.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices that foster healing and recovery.
\n
• Respond promptly to crisis situations, utilizing your clinical expertise to assess patient urgency and coordinate care effectively.

• Oversee and support junior mental health workers and therapy assistants, providing them with supervision and guidance in clinical practices.

• Engage proactively with community resources and professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients across different systems.

• Provide training and ongoing education to team members regarding clinical topics, enhancing the team’s collective knowledge and competency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program.

• An independent mental health license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of Oregon or the state where you reside.

• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of electronic medical records and communication tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in email correspondence.

• A strong ability to manage a large caseload while maintaining high quality and consistent care.

• Solid understanding of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
