Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Buffalo, NY
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a district in the Buffalo, New York area for the remainder of the school year. This is a full-time position providing speech and language services to students across K–12 settings.
Position Details:
Location: Buffalo, NY area
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: End of School Year
Full-Time: 35 hours per week
Schedule: 7:35 AM–2:35 PM
Grade Levels: K–12 and up to 4 school locations
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment goals
Provide individual and small-group therapy
Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other related service providers
Support students with a variety of communication needs across K–12 settings
Requirements:
Active New York State SLP license
Appropriate New York school certification
Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred
Experience supporting special education populations is a plus
