Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly synchronous video sessions, delivering evidence-based psychotherapy to clients dealing with a spectrum of emotional and psychological disorders.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers to create a comprehensive treatment plan, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to client wellbeing.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress measures to adapt treatment plans and monitor client improvements effectively.

• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to mental health regulations and best practices.
\n
• Engage in professional consultation and support with the Therapy Leadership Team to enhance your practice and address any client challenges.

• Deliver therapeutic services to individuals (ages 13 and up) as well as couples, employing methodologies such as psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and emotionally focused therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
