Sales Development Representative (US-based)

And we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead Follow-Up & Nurturing: Contact cold leads, build trust, and engage in natural, consultative conversations (no scripted pitches).
- Appointment Setting: Schedule office tours and site visits for prospects.
- Lead Disposition & CRM Management: Accurately track all interactions and lead statuses in their CRM system .
- Community Representation: Act as a local, community-focused team member to build genuine relationships with business professionals.
Qualifications:
- US-based talent : Required non-negotiable for local area familiarity and cultural fit.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of SDR/appointment setting experience (mid to expert tier).
- Communication: Very high English spoken and written skills; must sound like a business professional, not a call center agent.
- Approach: Consultative relationship builder (not transactional) and detail-oriented for accurate lead tracking.
- Preferred background: Commercial real estate or coworking experience, B2B sales to business professionals, and high-value consultative sales experience.

- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
