Collections Representative

Utilizing various collection strategies, the full-time Texas Collection Representative will manage a portfolio of charged-off accounts with principal balances of $2,501 and greater, negotiating payment arrangements and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely. Key responsibilities Review and determine actions for delinquent accounts in the assigned queue Negotiate payment terms and settlements while applying knowledge of credit bureau reporting to support collection efforts Document all account activity accurately and participate in continuous improvement training sessions Required qualifications High school education or GED equivalent Minimum 2 years of collections or sales experience preferred
