SaaS Operations Specialist

The Position: As the SaaS Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our SaaS products. You will own customer billing operations and onboardings for our SaaS product, Expense Management, ensuring customers' telecom network is successfully invoiced and paid while creating opportunities to expand adoption across the broader Lightyear platform. In this role, you will report to the Strategy & Operations Lead overseeing Expense Management and partner closely with our Sales and Product teams to continuously improve the customer experience. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, shape processes, and influence how we engage and support customers as we scale. This is a fully remote position. Compensation is based on a candidate's experience and qualifications. The base salary range is $85,000-$110,000, in addition to a 5% annual bonus and an equity package. Key Responsibilities Oversee and project manage our Expense Management product operations Day to day management of offshore SaaS Operations team (3-5 individuals) Design, implement and improve scalable workflows and processes including tooling, automation and AI Agents. Manage customer communications during the onboarding process Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Engineering and Product to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify gaps in existing processes and systems Ideal Qualifications 1-2+ years experience of startup operations, tech or consulting Demonstrated excellent project management skills, can critically analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for process improvement High degree of comfort with Excel, including ability to manage and manipulate large data sets Demonstrated high EQ, as this role requires answering customer questions and also requires managing a team day-to-day Highly organized and detail-oriented, ability to prioritize Strong team player who can also work and execute independently #J-18808-Ljbffr Lightyear AI
