Paid out over the first 6 months!$200 after 120 days$200 after 180 daysWhat will you be doing most days?Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal laws/regulationsHire and train kitchen staff in specific stations, and cross-train as necessaryCreate schedules for kitchen staff to ensure there are always enough workers to meet the demand, particularly for the lunch rushMaintain inventory levels and conduct full weekly inventorySchedule and oversee necessary maintenance and repairs on kitchen appliancesRespond personally to guest's comments, complaints, and concerns while going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfactionMaintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen areaComply with company and franchise standards of operation procedures, as well as those of all applicable regulatory agencies, and ensures on a daily basis that all products are prepared and presented in accordance with brand or company standardsWhat are the requirements for this position?· You have 5+ years' culinary experience; with supervisory and/or management experience as well· You have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills· You are capable of conducting and assessing restaurant inventory· You are willing to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends· You have experience with delegating tasks and maintaining fast speed of servicePhysical Requirements for this PositionThis is a physically demanding position.
