You will operate primarily from an outpatient office setting from the comfort of your home while enjoying the support of a collaborative virtual team. Our administrative staff will manage billing and administrative duties, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients via telehealth platforms, ensuring adherence to established treatment protocols.

• Set your own appointment availability, with no minimum hours required, accommodating your work-life balance.

• Remain engaged with clients, promoting their recovery by leveraging community support options like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), Smart Recovery, and Moderation Management as appropriate.

• Manage late cancellations and no-shows effectively, as you will receive payment for these occurrences, assuring your time is valued.

• Engage with the company's content manager to develop insightful resources as needed, sharing your expertise with a broader audience.
\n
• Guide patients in understanding and utilizing harm reduction models when appropriate.
\n
• Facilitate optional support groups, fostering a sense of community among clients.
\n
• Participate in monthly Peer Group sessions to enhance clinical skills and share insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be clients grappling with alcohol use challenges who are seeking to cultivate healthier relationships with alcohol. Many of these individuals are looking for a balance between moderation strategies and traditional abstinence. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and framing discussions that resonate with the client's unique context and aspirations.

Qualifications\n

• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC licensure in the state of California.

• A Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care.

• Strong engagement skills that reflect empathy and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
