• Accounting experience required
• Experience in eCommerce and/or promotional products a plus
• Ability to adapt to change and perform in a fast‐paced environment
• A Self‐motivated and clear idea of teamwork value
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and follow up skills
• Strong ability to multi‐task
• Hands‐on attitude and continuous improvement mentality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Customer service, people, and results‐oriented with proactive attitude

Job duties will include

• Managing Accounts Payable: Using accounting software and other tools, the specialist handles accounts payable for separate entities and vendors.
• Vendor Relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors is crucial.
• Timely Payments: Ensuring bills are paid accurately and on time while adhering to departmental procedures.
• Invoice Processing: Processing due invoices for payments and comparing purchase orders, prices, terms, and other charges.
• Accounting Duties: Performing accounting tasks such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling account books.
• Following up on the status of payments issued, including prepayment requests, to ensure on time shipping for orders
• Find and allocate missing invoices
• Process vendor credit applications and resale certificates
