Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Hopeful Mind Counseling Solutions, you will:

• Conduct individual sessions with clients to address their personal challenges while also engaging couples together for joint therapy sessions.

• Assess and develop personalized treatment plans that address various issues including grief, relationship conflicts, job stress, and blended family dynamics.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate sessions and encourage growth and healing among family members.

• Document therapy progress and treatment plans accurately, following HIPAA regulations and company policies.
\n
• Collaborate with other team members to discuss best practices and improve therapy outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse array of patients, including couples experiencing conflicts, families undergoing transitional challenges, and individuals dealing with mental health issues such as alcohol abuse, medical stressors, adjustment difficulties related to separation, and grief. As you offer tailored therapeutic interventions, you will help clients navigate through personal and relational challenges toward healthier lives.

Qualifications\n

Eligible candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• Possess an active LMFT license issued by the state of Texas.
