Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities designed to meet the mental health needs of our clients:

• Conduct extensive clinical assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and create individualized treatment plans aligning with established best practices.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to client-specific needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring timely updates to client records.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate effective, comprehensive patient care.

• Participate in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance therapeutic approaches and improve outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
