Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and evaluate patients' mental health status using recognized diagnostic tools, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, ensuring the development of individualized care plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions and strategies tailored to support mental health diagnoses, frequently reassessing patient progress to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment records, reports, and clinical notes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining confidentiality.
