Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patient needs, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders as needed to create tailored care plans that consider cultural and individual diversity.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress through consistent reassessment and intervention strategies, adjusting treatment plans as required to ensure the effectiveness of mental health care.

• Document all treatment records, reports, and clinical information accurately and timely, adhering to all regulatory requirements and departmental guidelines.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to develop a holistic treatment plan, outlining clear goals and desired outcomes in line with best practices and patient preferences.

• Coordinate care and referral options, serving as a primary liaison between patients and other treatment providers to facilitate comprehensive care for our patients.

• Engage in educational activities by mentoring students, interns, and volunteers, sharing knowledge and insights to enhance the skills and experience of future healthcare professionals.

• Participate in peer reviews, clinical collaborations, and chart audits, as directed, to further contribute to the professional development of team members and improve overall service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually.
