Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients to accurately determine their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment goals, ensuring that each plan is tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions to clients, offering personalized support for a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and the psychosocial factors that influence their well-being.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, focusing on common mental health themes, promoting peer support, and providing psychoeducational workshops.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, employing evidence-based interventions to address client challenges and track progress toward identified goals effectively.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services when necessary, conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans in collaboration with clients to navigate acute situations.

• Advocate for clients’ rights, ensuring equitable access to healthcare and community resources, while empowering them to become self-advocating.

• Maintain meticulous client records that include assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes, adhering to the stringent legal and ethical standards set forth by the industry.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our Detox Center, you will primarily work with individuals undergoing substance use recovery and facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Safe West Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
