Responsibilities:

• Coordinate staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and maximizing productivity

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare staff, including nurses, therapists, and other professionals

• Identify and address staffing gaps, implementing solutions to ensure optimal resource allocation

• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement staffing plans that meet the needs of our patients

• Monitor and report on staffing metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

• Assist with onboarding new staff members, ensuring a smooth transition into our facility

• Maintain accurate records and reports related to staffing and scheduling

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a staffing or scheduling role

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
