EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEMinimum Qualifications:Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of PharmacyThree (3) years of experience.LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS OR CERTIFICATIONSRequired:Licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Texas or eligible for licensure from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
