Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will engage in the following activities:

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities to address issues such as family conflict, communication barriers, grief and loss, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Work closely with clients suffering from substance abuse, past trauma, and mental health disorders, providing compassionate and effective support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and administrative tasks using our clinic’s digital tools.

• Implement teletherapy sessions to provide accessible care while adapting to clients' needs and preferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LMFT role involves working with a wide range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will address various mental health challenges including domestic conflict, blended family dynamics, and communication issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .
