Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments tailored to the unique needs of older adults, focusing on their emotional, physical, and cognitive health.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the complexities of geriatric mental health conditions, considering factors such as coexisting medical issues and family dynamics.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, incorporating modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), supportive counseling, and crisis intervention as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on the elderly population, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues specific to aging individuals. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, preferably with the geriatric population.

• Strong knowledge of geriatric mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
