Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly clients to determine their specific emotional and psychological needs.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques tailored to address the unique challenges elderly residents face.

Your role is crucial in supporting and guiding them through these transitions to improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally focused on geriatric care or mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on hours worked and experience levels.
