Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and oversee tailored treatment plans for individual students, as well as families and groups, taking into consideration their unique needs, challenges, and goals.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to students facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring a swift response to critical situations.

• Foster relationships not only with clients but also with families and community service providers, ensuring a holistic approach to addressing mental health issues.

• Create and maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all services provided, following best practices in confidentiality and record-keeping.

• Actively participate in quality assurance initiatives, clinical meetings, and professional development opportunities by engaging in in-service training.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and educators, providing consultation to enhance the overall support network for students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily focus on school-aged children and adolescents, using evidence-based practices to support them in navigating social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. You will work closely with students experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues, ensuring that they receive not only therapeutic support but also advocacy and guidance as they progress academically and personally.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential within the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
