Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapeutic interventions, including assessment, group therapy, and family counseling to clients experiencing severe emotional or mental disorders.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments to identify client needs accurately, ensuring timely and appropriate service delivery.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments and communicate findings to both the client and relevant stakeholders.

• Assist in crisis intervention, employing de-escalation techniques and developing immediate coping strategies for clients in distress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
