Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the TEAP Specialist to provide short-term counseling and support interventions as needed, ensuring alignment with the center's healthcare objectives.

Your primary focus will be on hospice care clients and their families, who are often facing significant emotional distress during the end-of-life phase. Understanding the unique psychological and social dynamics of this patient population is crucial as you provide support and therapeutic interventions aimed at improving quality of life and facilitating healthy coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Washington State.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a closely related field, supported by a minimum of two years of relevant experience in clinical settings.
