Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Phoenix Flavors & Fragrances, a Turpaz company, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in South Bend, Indiana. This is a full-time, in-office position that serves as a key liaison between our customers and internal departments, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from order placement through delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in providing outstanding service while building strong customer relationships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a prompt and professional manner. Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and company policies. Process orders, changes, and customer requests accurately and efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns and issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Production, Quality, and other departments to ensure customer needs are met. Assist with customer follow-up activities and relationship management. Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product and industry knowledge. Serve as a member of the Food Safety and Quality team. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of two years of customer service experience required. Experience within the fragrance, flavor, food, manufacturing, or related industries is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
