We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Part-Time Recruiter to join our team in the Appleton area.
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexible hours
Compensation: $20 per hour
Location: Appleton, WI
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract qualified candidates
Conduct initial candidate outreach and screenings
Maintain effective communication with applicants
Support the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively
Previous recruiting or customer service experience is a plus
