About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Human Resources to play a pivotal role in the strategic and hands-on leadership of the people function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading HR strategies that align with the company's business goals and support its diverse portfolio. This includes overseeing all HR practices, from employee relations and compliance to recruiting, performance management, and leadership development. The VP of HR will serve as a key partner to executive and property leadership, ensuring that HR practices are scalable, compliant, and in line with the company's culture and objectives. Applicants for the VP of HR position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior HR role, preferably within a multi-unit service environment. The role requires a leader with strong multi-state HR experience, a deep understanding of employment law and best practices, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality or a related service sector and be adept at managing the complexities of a decentralized workforce. Key qualifications include experience in all aspects of HR, from talent acquisition to succession planning, and a demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives that foster a high-performance culture.
