Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and mental health status.

• Develop personalized, recovery-oriented treatment plans that address both addiction and underlying mental health issues, utilizing a comprehensive approach.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methods and therapeutic practices tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate with other treatment team members—including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers—to ensure integrated care delivery and optimal client outcomes.

• Educate clients’ families about addiction, mental health, and how they can effectively participate in the recovery process.

• Document client interactions and maintain accurate, compliant records in accordance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients facing substance abuse challenges and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and may present with varying degrees of addiction severity. The therapist's role is to provide not just clinical support, but also to inspire hope and motivation as clients navigate the complexities of recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field is mandatory.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
