Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will:

• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining ethical and professional boundaries within therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess clients' progress, stability, and future appointment needs, ensuring timely management of discharges when appropriate.

• Design and implement client-centered treatment plans, tailored to individual needs, and closely monitor their effectiveness.
\n
• Keep accurate and detailed documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with organizational standards.
\n
• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop appropriate care strategies.
\n
• Engage in individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, focusing on behavioral and psychological interventions.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive mentorship.
\n
• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers across disciplines to ensure comprehensive, holistic treatment for clients.

• Maintain a growth mindset, remaining open to new training, methodologies, and best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves youth who struggle with mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges, as well as their families. The LPCC will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their circumstances while promoting recovery and resilience, thereby impacting their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Strong capability to meet internal credentialing requirements specific to our clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Background in assessment, diagnosis, and providing both individual and group therapy.

• Basic computer proficiency with demonstrated experience in documentation and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 65,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
