Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with Right Pathway, your primary responsibility will be to provide psychotherapy services tailored to individual needs. Key tasks include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to gain insights into patients’ mental health histories and developing comprehensive treatment plans that integrate best practices and a solution-focused approach.

• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), personalizing interventions based on each client’s unique situation, preferences, and clinical requirements.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of patient information at all times.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure patients receive a holistic and coordinated care experience.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer reviews to further enhance treatment methodologies and improve patient care quality.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
