Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor at HealthLinkNow, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual counseling sessions via video chat to assist clients in improving their mental health and achieving personal goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will consist of carefully screened, stable adults with low-acuity mental health concerns. We ensure that our counselors are matched with clients whose needs align with their specialties and preferences, allowing for a more personalized and effective therapeutic relationship. As such, there is no requirement to manage clients with severe mental health issues, enabling you to focus on delivering optimal care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A full, unrestricted license to practice independently in the state of Illinois, specifically as one of the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No provisional or limited licenses will be considered, and candidates must be in good standing with relevant licensing boards.
