Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health concerns, utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools and techniques to formulate clinical diagnoses.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored specifically to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, fostering an environment in which clients feel safe and supported to explore their challenges and goals.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic support to ensure their immediate safety and emotional well-being.

• Document and maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other therapists, to create a holistic treatment plan for clients, enhancing their overall care.

Your clientele will include diverse individuals, couples, and families seeking assistance with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and active license as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually.
