Pastry Cook – Old Cutler Inn
Old Cutler Inn is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pastry Cook to join our culinary team.
As we continue to grow and introduce new seasonal offerings, we're looking for someone who is passionate about baking, desserts, and consistency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and precision and takes pride in producing high-quality products every day.
Responsibilities
- Prepare desserts, pastries, breads, and other baked goods according to recipes and standards
- Assist with the development and execution of seasonal dessert offerings
- Maintain production schedules and prep lists
- Ensure consistency in presentation, flavor, and quality
- Keep the pastry station clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory and ordering as needed
Requirements
- Previous pastry, baking, or dessert production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Passion for baking and pastry arts
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Sunday availability is required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Compensation
