Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage actively in both individual and group supervision sessions to foster professional development and peer learning.

• Partner with the Oregon Health Authority to track and report enrollment and discharge data specifically for problem gambling treatment clients.

• Coordinate joint case planning with multidisciplinary teams, including schools, law enforcement, and community health organizations, to provide holistic care.

• Develop and deliver educational programs focused on behavioral health and addiction prevention to diverse interest groups within the community.

• Participate in administrative meetings and training workshops to integrate acquired knowledge into best practices for the agency and clients.

• Create, implement, and uphold the Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA/QI) plan, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.

• Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned to support overall team goals and client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on delivering services to an adult population who may be experiencing a variety of mental health and substance use challenges. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will develop therapeutic alliances with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing individualized care that respects their unique experiences and cultural contexts.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will hold a Doctor of Psychology (PhD or PsyD), a Master of Social Work (MSW), a Master in Professional Counseling, or a Master of Family Therapy from a nationally accredited institution. Additionally, candidates must meet the licensure requirements for the state of Oregon or Washington. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a deep understanding of mental health practices are essential for success in this role.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of three years of professional experience in mental health counseling is required, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience working in telehealth settings. Familiarity with community resources and advocacy systems will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
