Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that effectively address clients' unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical standards, and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to enhance your counseling skills and stay updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for clients, enabling effective treatment pathways.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes diverse individuals and families who face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload.
